Grazing food at airport

I’ve always been a big believer in grazing food at airports – small servings which people can eat & run or eat as they walk around. Not only does it reduce the amount F&B cuts into the shopping dwell time but it basically encourages people to spend more because you don’t notice a number of smaller purchases. Duty Free promotion at Melbourne Airport

Melbourne Airport ran a Duty Free promotion this Christmas and must and delved back into the archives to come up with this idea… I don’t know if this was orchestrated by Nuance or by Melbourne Airport itself but I’m assuming it was Nuance. A sense of place?

Well I guess you can’t criticise this Souvenir concession at Minneapolis St Paul Airport for not having a sense of place. A sense of taste though? One thing though is that souvenir stores aren’t meant to look classy. Its not the way the product category generally works.
