Sizing Guide: Tape Measure Tips

Here’s how to measure your body size with a tape measure to determine the perfect bra fit:

• Under bust: Measure firmly around your ribcage, under your bust. This is your band size.
  
• Over bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level. Subtract your band from this for your cup size.

Sister Sizes & Fit Flexibility

Can’t find a 16E in your favourite style? These sister sizes might just do the trick:

• 14F – tighter band, larger cup
• 18DD – looser band, slightly smaller cup
  

These sizes share a similar cup volume and can accommodate different shapes and support needs. If your bra feels too tight around the band but the cups fit well, try going up a band size and down a cup size (e.g., from 16E to 18DD).
