Returns & Exchanges
- All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase
- Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on briefs, shapeware, bodysuits or hosiery items unless faulty
- Any eligible returned item must be in new condition with tags attached. This means unwashed and unworn.
- We promise to resolve returns and exchanges as promptly and fairly as possible.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs, unless faulty, and tracking options are recommended.

We promise to resolve returns promptly and fairly. We appreciate the opportunity to make good any grievance you have about our products or services.
What items are ineligible for return?
For health reasons, you cannot return any of the following items (unless faulty):
Additionally, you cannot return:
- Any item discounted by 50% or more, or
- Any item purchased from our Outlet, regardless of the value of the discount.
What can I Return?
You can return any item that is not identified above as “ineligible for return” provided that:
- The item is in new condition, with tags attached.
- The item is unwashed and unworn.
- The item was purchased within the last 30 days (allow 60 days if item purchased between 15 November and 15 December)
You can always return any item that is faulty.
Who is responsible for return postage fees?
If you need to return an eligible item to us, the postage cost is at your expense, unless of course, the item is faulty. We recommend tracking, as we are not responsible for any item lost in transit, unless you can demonstrate it has been successfully delivered to the correct address. We will refund to you the postage costs of any item deemed faulty upon our (or our supplier) inspection.
What are my Return Options?
For purchases made in one of our stores, if you return an eligible item, we offer exchanges or store credit only, unless faulty.
Any item purchased online at full price can be returned for exchange, store credit or a refund (excluding postage).
Any item purchased online at any discount, can be returned for exchange or store credit only. This excludes items purchased at 50% or more discount or items from our Outlet store which are ineligible for return.
Does store credit expire?
If we issue store credit for an eligible returned item, your credit with us will expire 3 years from the date of issue. That’s plenty of time to browse our beautiful selection of products and choose something else.
Do you offer Refunds for change of mind?
We offer refunds on any full priced item purchased online, if the item is eligible for return (see “what items are ineligible for return”), unless faulty. Any eligible returned item, which was purchased at a discount online, can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are not offered on any eligible return item for purchases made in-store, unless faulty.
Why don’t you Offer Refunds on In-Store purchases or discounted online sales?
We are a small business which prides itself on offering individualised attention via a one-on-one, face-to-face consultation. As a full-service business, we take the time to ensure you are delighted with your purchase before you leave the store. The cost to provide this expertise to you is our pleasure, as we strongly believe this is an essential service for many of you, which we hope, will lead to you coming back, year after year. We invite you to shop online where your size is unchanged, and you are confident in your choices.
In Australia, the rate of returns for online purchases is increasing, as more shoppers prefer to try at home and return what they don’t want or need. The carbon cost of this shopping style is not something we want to support, which is why any item sold online at a discount, is not eligible for a refund. We are actively discouraging this shopping style in favour of a relationship with you.
What about faulty items?
Our suppliers, as well as us, endeavour to check the quality of our products before they leave our premises. In the unlikely event we miss something, please contact us to discuss.
Once you have purchased something from us, removed the tags and it is no longer in “new” condition, it can be difficult to determine if the item is in fact faulty or the faults you have identified are due to the way the item has been used or washed by you. We sometimes need to refer to our suppliers for a quality control assessment which can take some time. We will keep you informed of the timeframes if this is involved.
We strongly encourage you to read all the care instructions and expect reasonable wear and tear, especially given the delicate nature of some of our products.
We reserve the right to replace, repair or refund faulty and reimburse you the cost of posting the item back to us, if applicable.
