Sizing Guide: Measuring Your Fit

Finding your perfect bra size starts with a tape measure and some quick maths. This size guide will walk you through it:

1. Measure your band size:

• Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust (this is your band size).
• Make sure the tape is at tape level, straight and flat.
• A measurement of 68–72cm generally translates to an Australian size 8 band.

2. Measure your bust:

• Take your bust measurement around the fullest part of your breasts (known as the overbust size).
• Ensure the tape isn’t too tight.

3. Calculate the cup size:

• Subtract the band size from the bust size.
• Each inch difference represents a cup letter (approximate size differences). A J cup generally reflects a 28–30cm difference.
